Tuition
How much is Tuition?
Tuition information can be found in the registration packet.
Do you offer any discounts? Yes!
We offer 10% off tuition for sibling(s). To be eligible for the discount, all children must be registered for the same sessions.
We will waive the registration fee during out "early registration" period (Deadline April 10th).
When do I have to register/pay by?
Registration and payment are due at the same time. The deadline for registration and payment is the THURSDAY before a session begins.
What is your refund policy? How far in advance do I need to let you know if my schedule changes so I am not charged?
Refunds will only be given if the camp office is notified the Thursday before the session begins. If you need to cancel, you will be refunded the camp total received minus the $35 non-refundable registration fee. Another option is to reschedule to another session. With this option, you will not lose your non-refundable registration fee. Please email or call to let us know about your request as soon as possible. We will be happy to make the change for you.
Do you offer refunds or makeup days for missed days?
We are not able to refund or reschedule days missed from camp that were previously scheduled, due to short-term regular sickness, last minute vacations, etc.

Scheduling
There are 8 Sessions
Can I change the days I originally registered for? Can I switch days?
Changes in scheduling can only be made Thursday BEFORE the session begins and is based on availability in the class.
Can I add a day after the session begins?
Unfortunately, all scheduling change have to be made the THURSDAY before the session begins.
Can I change the days that are listed on the form? For example, instead of Monday/Wednesday/Friday can I do a Monday/Thursday/Friday?
This is only available for ages 5+. (The younger campers (3-4) have two different class that are only run on certain days).

Is there a Before and After Care program available?
Yes. Before care runs 7:30am - 9:00am and After Care runs from 3:00pm - 6:00pm each day.

What if I don’t need the full time for Before/After care?
The before care and after care fees are in place to compensate our staff for their above and beyond normal regular hours of time. These fees cannot be prorated.
What if I am Early/Late to drop off or pick up?
Late Pick-Up: Half day program ends promptly at 12:30pm
Aftercare program ends promptly at 6pm
The late pick-up policy will also be enforced during inclement weather or emergency cancellation of school. In the case of an early closing due to bad weather you will be called to pick up your child. If you pick up late, you will automatically be charged.
Late Fees: $20 late pickup charge and $1 for each minute late.
Example: For 12:30pm Pick-Up - if a parent arrives at 12:31 PM a $21.00 late fee will be applied (6 min late = $26).
Early Drop-Off: If your child is dropped off at school before 8:50am you will be charged an early drop off fee of $20 for the morning session on that day.
Age Grouping/Staffing
What is the age range/experience of the counselors?
ALL STAFF have training in First Aid and BLS CPR/AED, Health and Safety Basics Training, and Identifying Child Abuse & Neglect
We conduct background checks and Child Abuse Record Information.
All counselors are at least 18 years old. They have all completed or are starting their first year of college.
What is the teacher to camper ratio?
The maximum ratio is 1:7 for ages 3-4, and 1:10 for ages 5-10.
How are the campers grouped?
There are four groups: ages 3-4, ages 5-younger 6, ages older 6-7, ages 8-10.
What if my child is in between two of the age groups? Example: My child is 4 ½ and I want them with the 5 year old's
The curriculum is set by the grade they are entering in September. You can request the other age group on the registration forms -the decision to stay within that group is made on an case by case basis.
Do the groups have their play time alone or are they mixed with the other groups?
Each group has their own schedule and is separate from the others. The only exception is for special events and assemblies.
