COVID POLICY

2022 COVID-19 Policy

Registration & Tuition Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable

Holidays, missed days, emergency closings, sick days and vacations are non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled to another day and will not be deducted from the camp fee. There may be instances when a child is sent home sick; however, there is no known diagnosis of COVID-19. In these cases, refunds would NOT be provided to the sick child NOR to any other camper who decided not to attend camp. The only exception is COVID related illness.

Refunds will ONLY be given if the camp office is notified the THURSDAY before the session begins. If you need to cancel, you will be refunded the camp total received minus the $50 non-refundable registration fee. Another option is to reschedule to another session. With this option, you will not lose your non-refundable registration fee. Please email or call to let us know about your request as soon as possible. We will be happy to make the change for you. Please see below for COVID-19 Policies for closures and refunds.

COVID POLICY REUND

Registration fees remain non-refundable. Tuition Refunds will ONLY be given for the following:

This does not include Quarantining after travel.

  • If a camper TESTS POSITIVE for Covid-19, we would honor a full refund prior to the session start OR prorated refund for unused days. Both with PROOF of that positive test.

  • If camp is closed due to a COVID-19 direct exposure, potential exposure and/or for contact tracing reasons, impacted campers will receive a prorated refund or camp credit.

  • If a camper is deemed a "close contact" with someone who tests positive. Proof would need to be some form of written documentation stating they have been considered a primary contact.

CLOSE CONTACT: Someone who was less than 6 feet away from an infected person (laboratory-confirmed or a clinical diagnosis) for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period.

A “contact of a contact” does NOT count as a close contact. (Example: if your child is a close contact and is quarantined, and has a sibling in another class, that sibling will NOT have to quarantine and is NOT considered a close contact. You would only receive a refund for the quarantined camper and not their sibling, if you decide to pull them both out of camp.)
